Potato Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 medium potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
    1 stick butter
    2/3 c. flour
    3 pt. milk
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until almost done; salt to taste.
    Place in 9 x 20-inch baking dish.
