Shell Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 stick margarine
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
Preparation

Bring water and margarine to a boil in a heavy saucepan.
Add flour and salt all at once, stirring vigorously with a wooden spoon until mixture forms a smooth ball and leaves the sides of the pan.
Remove from heat.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
