Spoon Bread 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 c. boiling water
    6 eggs
    6 tsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk together.
    Add boiling water to cornmeal. Add egg, milk mixture and melted butter to the cornmeal mixture. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until set, approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
    This was always served hot with butter and pancake syrup.
