Moist Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. quick oats
1/2 c. margarine
1 1/3 c. flour
2 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Brown Sugar Topping
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, pour boiling water over oats and butter; let stand 20 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into lightly greased and floured 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Spread with Brown Sugar Topping.
Return to oven for 5 minutes.
