Sambousick - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 lb. ground beef (lean) or lamb
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. cumin
salt to taste
6 green onions, washed and drained
1/2 bunch cilantro or parsley, washed and drained
filo pastry sheets
Preparation

Heat oil in a frying pan.
Add very finely chopped onions and fry until yellow.
Add the meat, stirring to break it up.
Stir in the spices and salt; fry until well brown.
Remove from heat. Mince the green onions and cilantro or parsley; stir into the meat mixture.
Set aside.
