Chess Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box butter recipe yellow cake mix
1 large egg
1 stick soft margarine
1 box confectioners sugar
3 eggs
8 oz. softened cream cheese

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients and pat into greased 9 x 13 pan. Mixture will be very dry. Mix confectioners sugar, eggs and cream cheese. Pour over bottom layer. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Let cool. Cut into squares.
