Ingredients

2 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped dates
2 tsp. baking powder
2 egg whites
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix egg yolks and sugar together; heat until very creamy. Sift flour and baking powder; add to nuts and dates.
Fold into the egg yolk mixture.
Beat egg whites and fold into all of mixture.
Bake in a low temperature oven, 275\u00b0, until golden brown, about 40 minutes.
