Creole Meat Seasoning - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (26 oz.) box salt
1 1/2 oz. black pepper
1 oz. red pepper
1 oz. garlic powder
1 oz. chili powder
1 box meat tenderizer (any size)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and store in a covered container. Sprinkle meat well with this seasoning before cooking.
This is good on anything:
hamburgers, pork chops, chicken or steak (any kind of meat).
