Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fryer chicken
    3 to 4 c. plain all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 3/4 c. Crisco (solid)
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Boil fryer until fork-tender.
    Remove to cool.
    Save chicken broth.
    Discard skin and bones and cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
    Put back into broth on low fire.
