Cornbread Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
5 c. crumbled cornbread
5 c. crumbled toasty white bread
2 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/4 Tbsp. sage
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Saute celery and onions in butter until transparent.
Add vegetable mixture to combined bread crumbs and seasonings.
Mix lightly.
Yields 10 cups.
