Cheesy Scallop Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
3 1/2 c. milk
1 lb. scallops
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. dry white wine
2/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley, snipped
Preparation

Melt butter and cook onion until tender, covered.
Stir in flour and add milk, cooking until it bubbles.
Add scallops, mushrooms, salt and pepper, simmering, 15 to 20 minutes.
Add wine and cheese; stir until cheese melts.
Top with parsley and serve. Very easy and tasty on a cold day.
