Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. boiled potatoes (about 10 medium potatoes)
    2 tsp. salt, in 2 qt. water
    1/2 c. butter
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and slice into salt water.
    Cover and cook until tender; drain well.
    Mash or beat with beater.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    (May add 2 tablespoons chopped chives, if desired.) Place in large casserole dish and dab with more butter.
    Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
