Herb Roasted Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 lb. chicken
    1 tsp. ground rosemary
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Sprinkle rosemary and black pepper over chicken.
    Bake in a covered roasting pan at 400\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Serve with wild rice and asparagus.
