Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced zucchini, peeled and seeded
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in margarine slowly until transparent.
    Cool and add vinegar, sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Put in double crust and bake 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
