Weight Watchers Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lean pork chops
    green pepper, sliced in rings
    onion, sliced in rings (lots)
    1 can Italian style tomatoes
Preparation
    Place pork chops in skillet.
    Add pepper rings, onion rings and can of tomatoes.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
    No other seasoning is needed.
    The tomatoes from the skillet are good on a baked potato.
    No butter is needed.
