Crab Pie(Serves 16) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. milk
8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
2 (9-inch) deep dish pie crusts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake the crusts 3 minutes and cool. Combine eggs, flour, mayonnaise and milk.
Mix well.
Add remaining ingredients.
Fold into pie crusts.
Bake for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
