Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated raw carrots
Preparation
    Cream sugar and eggs; add oil.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.
    Add carrots.
    Bake in large loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
