Senator Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can French-style green beans
1 can Shoe Peg corn
1 can small peas
1 small jar pimentos
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Put all the vegetables into a large bowl.
Place vinegar, sugar and oil in pan and simmer until it reaches the boiling point.
Stir and pour over vegetables.
Refrigerate overnight.
