Never Fail Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese (the secret ingredient)
    1 c. cocoa
    1 lb. butter
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    4 lb. powdered sugar
    3 c. pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Melt cheese and butter in double boiler or over low heat.
    Sift cocoa and powdered sugar (no lumps).
    Mix sugar/cocoa mixture into melted mixture and blend thoroughly (use your hands).
    Add nuts and vanilla; blend again.
    Press into 9 x 13-inch pans.
    Cut into squares.
    Yield:
    7 pounds.
    Freezes well.
