Susan'S Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 5 lb. chicken wings, cut into winglets
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. catsup
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 clove garlic, crushed and minced
1/2 tsp. powdered ginger (optional)
Preparation

Wash and dry winglets (discarding tips).
Salt and pepper to taste, then bake at 375\u00b0 in a ceramic or glass dish, covered with foil for 45 minutes.
Pour off fat.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over wings.
Bake, uncovered, 50 minutes at 400\u00b0, stirring once or twice, if desired.
