Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large boneless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. light cream
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Melt some
    butter in a skillet and brown chicken.
    Lift pieces out
    into
    a
    flat
    baking
    dish.
    Add chicken broth to drippings in
    skillet
    and
    stir over low heat.
    Mix flour and light cream together until smooth.
    Add to chicken broth along with mustard and
    stir
    until
    thickened.
    Pour over chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
