Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium mushrooms
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. turmeric
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
    Finely chop stems, onions and peppers.
    In large skillet with 3 tablespoons butter, saute stems, onions and peppers.
    Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add bread crumbs and spices to skillet mixture.
    Stir together; remove from heat.
    Put 1 teaspoon of mixture in each mushroom cap. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve warm.
