Seven Layer Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 carrots, sliced
2/3 c. rice, boiled in water 10 minutes
2 large potatoes, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water or a little more
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Boil rice.
In large greased casserole, place sliced carrots, rice, potatoes, then 1/2 onion, ground beef and rest of onion.
Top with tomato soup which has been mixed with water.
Cover with lid or foil and bake 1 1/2 or 2 hours.
Serve with tossed salad and rolls.
