Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound ground meat
    1 onion chopped up
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 egg
    1/4 cup uncooked rice
    2-3 cleaned & cored peppers
    1/4 cup catsup or barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Mix all the above ingredients together except the peppers. Stuff the mixture into the peppers and place in a roaster.
    Mix water with leftover parts of catsup in can and pour in roaster for gravy.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
