Red Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Grey Poupon
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 lb. red potatoes, cooked and quartered
    2 1/4 c. tomatoes, seeded and diced
    1 c. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
Preparation
    Whisk together mustard, sour cream and mayonnaise.
    Add sugar. Gently stir potatoes, tomato, bacon and chives into mustard mixture.
    Store, covered in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
    Stir in additional mayonnaise to moisten if necessary.
    Serves 12.
