Sausage-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage (Jimmy Dean hot is best)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can water or a little more
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain. Combine all ingredients and stir together in a large bowl. Spoon into a 3-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 2 hours.
    Serves 10.
