Yakne(Main Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    5 large onions, sliced
    30 oz. tomato sauce
    oregano to taste
    cumin to taste
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions (season meat with seasoned salt and pepper).
    Drain and add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer until meat is done, about 2 hours.
    You may use a slow cooker.
    (If so, dredge meat in 1 teaspoon flour before browning.)
    Serve over rice.
