Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 c. flour
 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. peeled, cored, grated apples
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. corn oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all dry ingredients, including the apples.
 
Add oil, eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Pour batter into a greased Bundt pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
