Low-Fat Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 small onion, sliced
    1/2 small bell pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. sugar
    2 smoked turkey necks
Preparation
    Bring turkey necks to a boil; add salt and sugar to taste. Let cook 15 minutes.
    Add cabbage, bell pepper and onion.
    Cover and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes.
