Tomatoes Provencale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter, softened
    2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. basil
    dash of pepper
    4 medium/large tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix together onion, parsley, garlic, butter, bread crumbs and seasonings.
    Cut each tomato into 8 wedges, then place into a greased, shallow, 2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle tomatoes with herb mixture.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Serves 4.
