Batter For Fish(Red Snapper, Amberjack, Crappie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. oil
ice water
Preparation

Cut fish into finger strips; salt and pepper fish to taste. Mix ingredients together with ice water until mixture is consistency of pancake mix.
Fry in deep fat.
Dip fish strips into batter, drop into fat and drain.
