Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients. Add eggs, milk and oil.
Beat or mix until smooth about 1 minute. Bake in greased 9 x 9 x 2 pan. Yields 9 servings.
