Apricot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced apricots
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. water *
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt (less)
    1 1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Soak apricots in warm water until soft; drain.
    Mix sugar, egg, margarine, water, orange juice, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
    Blend in apricots and nuts.
    Let stand 20 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
