Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter, softened
Preparation

Beat egg yolks.
Combine sour cream and soda.
Add to egg yolks.
Combine flour, baking powder and sugar.
Stir in sour cream mixture.
Add butter and beat at medium speed until blended. In separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Fold egg whites into batter.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto hot, lightly greased skillet.
Turn when tops are bubbly and edges look cooked.
