Baked Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. scallops, washed and drained
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 c. light cream
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
-
Pour 1/2 cup of the cracker crumbs in the bottom of casserole. Top with scallops.
Cover with remaining cracker crumbs.
Pour cream and butter on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
