Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. melted fat or cooking oil
    1 c. fresh corn or drained can corn
Preparation
    Beat the eggs well.
    Stir in the milk.
    Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
    Beat in the oil and corn.
    Drop by spoonfuls into hot fat (375\u00b0) until lightly browned.
