Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash, grated (preferably butternut)
    1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, grated
    1/2 c. onion
    sprig of parsley
    salt and pepper
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. oil
    4 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
