Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. milk
    4 c. sifted flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    fat or oil (for deep frying)
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs with milk and gradually beat in flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
    Beat until smooth.
    Holding the opening of a funnel closed, fill the funnel with the batter.
    Open the end of the funnel to allow batter to run out in a stream into deep fat oil (375\u00b0).
    Move the funnel to make a pattern, starting at the center and swirling batter outward in a circle.
    Fry 2 to 3 minutes or until brown; turn.
    Drain on paper towel when done. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
    Makes approximately 30, depending on size.
