Peaches And Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 pkg. regular size instant vanilla pudding
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. milk
    20 oz. can sliced peaches, drained but reserve juice for later use
    2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    7 Tbsp. peach juice
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine flour, instant pudding, egg, margarine and milk.
    Mix well and pour into pan.
    Place drained peaches over batter.
    Mix cream cheese, sugar and peach juice together and beat for 2 minutes.
    Pour over top of peaches. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. sugar mixed with 1 tsp. cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
