Dutch Vegetable Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. potatoes, diced
    1 c. carrots, diced
    1 tart apple, peeled and sliced
    1/2 onion, sliced
    1 tsp. chopped celery
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook all together except
    butter until tender or cook 3 minutes in pressure cooker (low pressure).
    Arrange in ring on plate with carrots in
    center.
    Garnish
    with
    parsley or long green pickles.
