Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 boneless chicken breasts
    1 box plain rice
    2 c. cream of mushroom soup
    onion to taste
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cover bottom of pan with rice.
    Cover rice with 1 cup of cream of mushroom soup and 1 1/2 cups of water.
    Lay chicken breasts on top of rice and soup; then pour the second can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 1/2 cups of water on top of chicken.
    Sprinkle on top onion and salt to taste.
    Bake in a metal pan for 1 hour and 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
