Raspberry Ring With Creamy Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
    1 pt. raspberry sherbet
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over gelatin in a bowl, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
    Stir in raspberry sherbet until melted.
    Pour in a 4-cup ring mold; chill until firm.
