Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
    1 (16 oz.) can corn (undrained)
    1 (32 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 to 12 oz.) can tomato juice
    1 pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
Preparation
    Fry beef and onion together; drain fat.
    Add remaining ingredients, including liquid from beans and corn.
    Simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serve topped with Fritos, Cheddar cheese or sour cream.
