Bread Machine Pumpernickel Bread - cooking recipe

3/4 c. water
1/3 c. wheat flour
1 Tbsp. dry milk
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. corn meal
2 1/2 Tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. caraway seed
1 c. white bread flour
2/3 c. rye flour
1 1/4 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. and 2 tsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. instant coffee
2 tsp. RapidRise yeast
Preparation

This bread requires double knead cycle.
Turn machine off after first knead cycle is complete.
Reset to regular bake cycle.
