Pineapple-Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. pecans
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed drained pineapple
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. cooked squash
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients; set aside.
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla; beat until creamy.
    Add squash and pineapple. Add dry ingredients.
    Stir only until moistened.
    Bake in 2 well-greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes on rack before turning out.
