Old Fashion Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    40 beef cuts (stew meat cut in small pieces)
    pinch of red pepper
    1 large onion
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 pt. catsup
    8 gingersnaps
Preparation
    Flour beef cuts and
    brown
    in\toil.
    Salt
    and pepper. Cover with water.
    Add
    pinch
    of red pepper, onion, allspice, cloves and
    bay
    leaf.
    Simmer for several hours until meat is tender. Add catsup and gingersnaps.
    Cook for 1/2 hour longer and serve.
