Pad Thai - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. dry rice noodles
    1/4 c. fish sauce
    2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 lb. peeled and de-veined raw shrimp, halved lengthwise
    1/4 lb. ground pork
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    3 Tbsp. peanut oil
    3 Tbsp. minced garlic
    2 large eggs
    2 c. bean sprouts
    2 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. chopped roasted unsalted peanuts
    1/4 c. minced fresh cilantro
    1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine the noodles with water to cover. Soak until just tender about 45 minutes, then drain.
