Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. table syrup
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. salt
4 c. white bread flour
2 c. hard whole wheat flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add sugar, syrup, oil and salt. Add flour gradually, making dough just stiff enough to handle easily.
Knead 10 minutes.
Let rise until double in bulk.
Shape into loaves and let rise again, until double in bulk.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Brush with melted butter and remove from pans.
Makes 2 loaves.
