Roman Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. diced apples
Preparation

Mix shortening and sugars.
Add eggs and milk.
Add dry ingredients, then apples.
Pour batter into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
