Ma'S Nothing Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf lite whole wheat bread
1 c. skim milk
2 large sweet onions
6 stalks fresh celery
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. sage
Preparation

Dice onions and celery.
Add spices to cup of boiling water. Simmer until soft.
Tear light whole wheat bread into pieces. Combine everything.
If mix is too dry, add more skim milk.
Bake in oven next to your turkey or chicken for 20 minutes.
Stuffing inside a bird adds fat from the meat and skin.
This stuffing is so tasty.
Serves 8.
